The 15th Annual EarthFair Exhibition in San Diego, CA. Hybrid Technologies – R-Electric Car Corp. successfully introduced the R-Car to a delegation of local and state level officials, national media and key organizers of the countries' premiere Earth Fair Exhibition including Carolyn Chase, Chief Organizer – "Earth Day Mother". Hybrid Technologies' R-Car is the first Lithium Vehicle to attend in the fifteen year history of the exhibition. The event featured over 200 exhibitors from the public and private sector: national media corporations such as VESPA, STARBUCKS, EV ELECTRIC CARS and public sector governmental organizations such as City of San Diego - Environmental Services Dept, U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, Metropolitan Transit Development Board and a formidable non-profit presence in both political and environmental issues such as: Amnesty International US, League of Women Voters of San Diego, Union of Concerned Scientists, Boxer for Senate A, Brian Keliher for U.S. Congress
